Car star was recommended by my Insurance Company after an idiot drove out of his driveway, crossed 2 lanes of traffic and plowed into my passenger side After an $8,000.00 repair (- about 2 dollar’s and covered by the idiots insurance) I noticed an air leak in the passenger front window. After a visit to Carstar and an employee coming for a ride and diagnosing the problem as a missing gasket it has been 2 phone calls, 2 promises of return calls and no response I guess since they received big bucks at the beginning there’s no caring about finishing the job with a minor gasket. If you say you’re going to call back….call back!!!! Thatywhere service starts.

My Jeep was hit in the parking lot of my workplace. It now looks brand new. Thanks. Customer service is also awesome, very friendly staff. Hopefully I never have to come back, but if I do, it's the place to go!
