Had a fantastic experience purchasing a TV and soundbar system for my home theatre. Sarah did an excellent job discussing the pros and cons of each product, and assisted me with choosing one that matched what I was looking for. She was extremely knowledgeable, and very fun to talk to as she walked me through the different specifications. Abdul and Zoheir recommended accessories to go with everything, choosing an amazing mount for the TV and they also helped organize installation. I didn’t realize Best Buy made everything so easy! I had downloaded an app unaware that it was attached to an unknown address. I was positive my phone had a serious virus and I had been hacked. I was extremely upset and thought I had completely destroyed my personal identity and all confidential information on my phone. I drove to best buy with my son so he could talk to the geek squad for me I was too upset. I walked right in and went to the counter.my son explained my problem. Shodhantn came over and fixed my phone in a minute. He was very professional and explained how to prevent this in the future. He was amazing and didnt hesitate. I can't thank him enough.
