I can't thank the staff enough.! I suspected that my kitty had a broken leg and when my vet clinic refused me I called the Smith's falls clinic and they somehow managed to get me in that afternoon. I can't say enough good things about the entire staff. They were absolutely wonderful and caring. I plan to stay with them. They were all so warm and attentive and I know that they have nothing but love for the animals they treat. Thank you so much for taking such good care of my fur baby. 🤗
Such kind caring and compassionate people here. They were so lovely when I had to put down my beloved 11 year old Shepherd who had cancer. They gave me all the time I needed to say my goodbyes. That was 2 years ago. Last year we adopted a new puppy and she has been going to see them since day one. They have been fantastic! I have called them so many times for all of her mishaps and they are always so patient and kind. Thank you for all you do!!
