I had a fantastic experience today at Hank’s. I’ve been a customer at the CP location previously and SF was just as great. Manager Mark very kindly fit my car into the schedule and I was on my way quickly after a patch for a screw that had punctured my tire. A huge thank you to Mark and his team for all the help today! I’d highly recommend Hank’s to anyone needing anything tire-related!

I took my Volkswagen to Hanks tire to get my winter tires put on. My car is new to me and as well as the winter tires and stuff so I had a bunch of questions when booking the appointment and Mark ( I hope I got his name right) answered the phone, and he was so patient and kind and answered all my questions. It was actually really nice. I brought my car in had the tire switched out and left, and the whole thing was a great experience. I definitely recommend these guys. Thank you!

Honesty and integrity.
I arrived in the late afternoon with an unfixable flat tire. I needed the tire immediately. Both they and I knew that I was in no position to bargain for a good price.
I left that same afternoon with a good quality tire at a reasonable price.
