So thankful for Eric and the Afterhours team that responded to our late evening call to diagnose why our A/C unit had gone out. After looking into our unit and through our electrical panel, Eric confirmed that when another group had installed an appliance recently for us they placed it on the dedicated fuse for the A/C which caused the older fuse to fail (as designed).
I was saddened to have my presumption confirmed about why it failed but glad to know it was a simple fix (even if Eric didn't have a fuse on hand, but that I could get one the next day).

I will definitely be using D&B Climate Care again if the need arises. Everyone I spoke to was lovely, they came out quickly to take care of the issue, the price was fair and the technician took time to speak with me on the phone and explain the issue. I will not hesitate to recommend them.
