Brody's Mechanical Services is a highly professional and honest business. They are known for their excellent workmanship and are considered one of the best in the Simcoe area. Customers praise their quick, professional service and knowledgeable staff. Every interaction is 5 star, with polite and very efficient technicians who provide excellent products and services. They give clear explanations and are committed to customer satisfaction with a friendly approach, ensuring you get the right product and never feel pushed. They do a very nice clean installation and are careful to inform you of things to watch for.
Whether it's a service or install from the office to the filed techs all Brody's staff are approachable friendly in fact exemplary. We’ve had a furnace, hot water heater, toilet, sump pump and recently a Generac all purchased through and installed by Brody’s. We have all of our routine maintenance performed by Brody's and will continue to do so. We highly recommend Brody's of their services. Ten star service in our opinion.
I highly recommend Brody’s Mechanical. I was very impressed when 2 women showed up who were new technicians. They diagnosed the issue quickly and repaired my outside A/C unit efficiently and in a timely manner. Our A/C was running perfectly within the hour. They were knowledgeable and professional. Very good and the install guys were great and cleaned everything up after. They even answered questions we had about other things we were thinking about doing and helped with something else with my furnace
