Thompson did an awesome job for me. My water heater was leaking, and it would take a very long time for the water to heat. I had to run the hot water for several minutes before I could wash my dishes or take a shower. I called for an inspection. Abe inspected my water filter, water heater and water softener along with the exposed pipes. They provided an evaluation, options for repairs, cost and recommendations and even payment options with no scare tactics or sales pressure. Because I had already done some comparisons of the competitors and I felt comfortable with the Thompson personnel, I agreed to have them replace the old, leaking equipment. That same day all repairs and replacements and filter changes were done and the everything was cleaned up. The bill was exactly what the original estimate was. It was so very nice to have hot water again and not have the puddle on the floor under my water heater. Thanks to Abe at Thompson for an awesome job.
