I just bought a 2022 Volkswagen taos and the whole process was so easy and simple. Chris helped me from the initial inquiry over messages to when I drove it off the lot. They replaced the tires with brand new ones with no problem and tinted my windows. I came in thinking it was going to be a complicated process with many steps but it was just the opposite. Thank you again! (I’m also obsessed with the cornflower blue 😂)

Please avoid this dealership. They do not believe in helping their customers or having any empathy for their continuous financial loss. They will not help you even little. We bought a Tiguan in November and before we even got to use it. It's part blew out so that in December we had the misfortune of going to this dealership. They took the car in and ordered the part and to this day there is no news if we are even going to get this part or our car back. We are still paying the lease of an SUV and they have given us the most basic replacement car without winter tyres. The car slides in this weather. It is so unsafe we have to drop any travel if it snows even a little. There is only 1 person who we are allowed to speak to. Chris in customer services. And he simply says there is nothing to do. We just have to keep paying the high lease amount, driving an unsafe car and to stop asking to speak to anyone else because no one will help. I have tried to reach out to the dealership nobody responds.
