Been coming here monthly for a year and will continue to get haircuts from Tony. He is experienced, professional, nice and caring. I feel at ease entrusting my hair to him. It's been pleasant and relaxing every trip I had here. Worth noting that it is a busy shop, so make appointment and be prepared to wait a bit.

Don't ever ask a woman from Fuqing to get your hair cut. She does a very bad haircut and yet she thinks she's righteous.

Have been coming here for haircut for the last 7 years. Tony is my go to person in Toronto! Definitely would recommend! Reasonable price with great style! Remember to call in to book spot instead of walking in!

If you value your time, money or physical appearance, DO NOT GO HERE.
They will never be on time for your appointment. It is useless to book one. They double book time slots, and they serve walk-ins ahead of you, if the customer is a preferred Mandarin-speaking regular. Expect to wait a minimum of 30 minutes to an hour AFTER your confirmed appointment. (even if you are a regular)
If you do not speak Mandarin Chinese, don't even bother coming here unless you want a terrible salon experience.
If you somehow decide to make the mistake of trying their services, be cautious. You will not always get what you ask for. They may give you a hair style that you did NOT ask for and refuse to fix it or even make it presentable. They do not care about customer satisfaction.
They do not care if you never come back. They don't need your business. It is better to spend your hard earned money on a business with morals and ethics.
