“Very bad experience. They literally removed half of one of my eyebrows and completely ruined the shape, making my whole face look uneven. When I complained, she said, ‘This is how we do it unless someone says otherwise.’ The attitude was extremely careless, and instead of accepting their mistake, they started arguing.
On top of that, when I told them my eyebrows still looked too thick and I wanted them slightly thinner, they made me get up from the chair because other customers were waiting. They said, ‘Nothing more can be done or they’ll get ruined,’ even though they had already messed them up. The waxing was also done very badly, leaving my skin red and irritated. There was no professionalism, no proper customer service, and no willingness to listen to the customer. Total waste of time and money — I would not recommend this place at all.”

This is the 2nd time, I’m unhappy with their work, I don’t know about other service, but she totally unprofessional for hair cut and highlight. Not gonna go there anymore sorry.if u don’t know what customer ask for don’t try to do it, that’s so bad people pay u make sure that ur customers are happy. U just keep doing it what they don’t ask for omg plz… don’t do this

I did my hair color first time there and i was worried about the result but sufia mam did excellent job for me. I had great experience and color was also exactly same that i had showed her. Overall, I want to suggest everyone to go sufia’s hair and makeup salon for desired results.
