Yesterday l had the pleasure to talk to David Gold the President of Standard Auto Wreckers who called me in regards to a delinquent etransfer. My experience was refreshing and the matter in question was resolved more then adequately, in fact it restored my faith in humanity which is not an over statement in today's world. I wish to express the head of this company not only addressed my situation but l found him to be down to earth, open to hearing and then applying his personal principals and values to this matter which as stated was welcomed and applauded by me to him. Great option for an auto wrecker. I was offered a little more money than I expected, and got exactly that much money when they showed up. Not all wreckers will actually give you what they offered.
The office staff were very polite, very professional, and very accommodating.
Shout out to the driver, who took the time to wait for me when I was 40 minutes late to the tow yard, so I wouldn't have to drive all the way to the yard. Thank you.
Was even given some tokens which I can use at their wrecker yard.
