Came here on a whim without checking the reviews beforehand. The lady that did my nail was so rushed, was taking phonecalls and texting 60% of the time while she was doing my manicure. Didn't bother removing the cuticle properly. Nail application was uneven. The place was dirty and dusty. They only do shellac for Pedi- no regular nail polish. And BTW, even if you pay cash, she would still charge tax. There are way better nail salons for better prices.

It made my nails very painful and my technique was extremely poor.

The owner was so rushed while doing my nails that she made my finger bleed!!! When she noticed, instead of informing me I was bleeding she told me to go wash my hands. It was only afterwards that I realized and when I asked for a discount, the owner behaved very rude and refused. How can you injure your client and then not offer any compensation on top of being extremely rude. Absolutely horrible.

The haircut here has been always on point, with high attention to details and at a fair rate.I've been using this place since 2016.Would highly recommend for the haircut services!

they upsold me to get a dellac pedi instead of a regular which was fine but it was rushed. my feet barely got to soak. cuticles not done well. would not go back or maybe try another technician

The lady there seem quite capable of drawing my design while keeping it under my budget, they still completed my nails in great details. I paid 80 bucks for this set of nails. My friend refer me to this place. They list on their WeChat that bio gel nails is 35 which is actually a pretty good price. 15 additional to nails extension which means my design was 30 which is pretty reasonable, I agreed on taking a less detailed design with the same colour scheme but I mean my set is still pretty detailed. I also got my feet done there for 25 bucks though a bit spilled. My skin felt slightly irritated when it get filed by the lady but the guy who did my extension and shaping was very gentle. I didn't get wounded out of this salon so that's a plus. I went with a friend and it wasn't akward between the nail tech and us. Pleasant experience and reasonable price so I would consider coming back. Visit was 2 hours.

Unsanitary, untrained and rushed. My thumb is swollen!!! I just got my nails done a couple hours prior from here. There is only one lady here who knows what she’s doing and she’s jumping back and forth between every client. All other employees are just slapping layers of gel onto your nails and then filing away at your skin. They put you from chair to chair using the same equipment they just used on the previous client without any disinfecting. Lots of cross contamination, and a general rush to get you out of there as quickly as possible resulting in a poor job. Did not follow the usual steps for a gel manicure. I’ve come here previous times and have to say the quality has gone down significantly, either because of the pandemic or poor hiring. My nails were burning every time I put them into the lamp, never at any other salons have I had my nails burn like that. And one girl slapped gel all onto my skin and when I told her before I put it in the lamp she said it was okay then when it cured she proceeded to drill away at my skin with the dremel tool. Now my thumb is swollen and raw and I’m currently icing it as we speak. Never have I had such a poor experience getting my nails done. Do not recommend. This place needs to be inspected. and for the sake of the sanity of the boss lady she needs to hire more capable people. I hope to god for the sake of this business I do not have a skin infection.Service: Manicures
