Russell arrived quickly and immediately started to work on our emergency. He contacted Coastal Electric and had them at our home and collaborated with them on getting our service tended to immediately. Power had to be turned off for hours and he diligently did his part and called for immediate inspection so we would not be put out. Russell updated us throughout the day. He cleaned up after changing our service box and was efficient and professional. I will use his services again when needed.

I needed my old 100A fuse box upgraded to a breaker panel. Samar and Hadi were communicative and started by giving a free itemized quote for what it would cost to upgrade to either 100A or 200A based on pictures I sent. They handled setting up the inspections and Hydro shutoff. The job went smoothly and am happy with the result. Beforehand I phoned around for a few quotes for 200A panel upgrade and was surprised by the range being so large, I was given prices from $4k to $8k and Rusco's was one of the more reasonable ones.
