Whatever blonde woman was driving your company truck on June 30, at 1830 hours by petticoat creek Pickering, off of Surf Ave, needs to be spoken to. Her wild off leash dogs attacked another dog on leash. Absolutely no reason why her dogs need to be off leash, it’s an on leash trail. Moments prior they were approaching my leashed dogs as well, and she had to call them multiple times. It’s very clear her dogs have no training and no recall skills. Perhaps three leashes are needed.. one for each dog, and one for their owner.
