Called this company for a roof damage caused by Squirrel. The tech came in and installed trap door which was ineffective and the animal got around it. When I insisted on water proofing the trap area, they absolutely neglected to to water proof and claimed that no others company will waterproof it. Next day it rained and caused more water damage to property. The roofers Scarborough said the tech were contractors and they cant speak for them. Most of my calls went unanswered by the techs. Now decided to drop their service, going with better professional company that offers water proofing to finish the job. Unprofessional work, over charging, Lying about other company's not offering water proofing(other companies do offer water proofing BTW). Very unprofessional. Not worth your money and time. I had a leak in my roof and found this company from a google search. I spoke with Conrad and was impressed with his service right off the bat. He offered to come do an inspection within the same day even though it was raining. For a reasonable price and after easing any concerns I had, he came and redid my roof. Conrad was reachable anytime I had questions and I'm happy with the work that he did. He informed me about the condition of my roof, took photos for me, and let me know how to get better ventilation in my attic. Found this company online and liked what I saw from the google reviews, unfortunately my experience has been unsatisfactory.If you want to feel like you and your house is not important, or if you like persons not showing up when they say, and chasing contractors around looking for answers, then by all means, give this place a call.I had a simple gutter replacement on a bungalow - I was told that the gutters were sloped towards the drains, they are not and I have water pooling on a section of the gutters which is the main reason I wanted to get the gutters replaced in the first place. I called out the issue on the same day and was told someone would address it. Also, I requested a leaf guard which I was told had not arrived but would be installed the following week - its been 3 weeks and there is no leaf guard. I was hopeful it wouldn't have come to this, but the contract was suppose to show up a couple days ago and did not - did not bother to call of course..It's been 3 weeks since this issue and me constantly contacting the company looking for when I can expect this issue to be resolved. I keep being told this week, in a couple days...liesI care deeply about my new home, and I'm disappointed I have entrusted someone that is not trustworthy - I regret reaching out to this company, and I will be contacting another company to fix the issues left behind.Service: Gutter installation
