I've had nothing but good experiences here. The mechanic is knowledgeable, fair, and takes the time to explain what's needed without any pressure. Definitely my go-to shop.

Called them ahead of time, told them exactly what i wanted. They said it’ll take 2-4 hrs for the full service including alignment and engine oil change and flush, however when i got there they said they don’t do engine oil flush (could have told me that on call), then they said don’t have the engine oil and will need the vehicle to stay overnight (could have told me that on call) then they said the guy that does the alignment left for the day. I’m not sure why they didn’t check for parts and mechanic availability before hand. Just makes no sense. Suggestion: perhaps take such information before hand so you guys are more prepared before the car arrives at the shop.

Tried to book a PPI for a vehicle I was buying remotely and they refused the business because I couldn’t be there in person to pay. Offered credit card and e-transfer in advance and they said it was their policy to only accept payment in person. Totally dumb.

I would highly recommend you check out this shop to get your repairs or maintenance done on your vehicle if you’re in the GTA. Their service and prices are outstanding for European vehicles and I can’t thank them enough for the work they’ve done on my BMW X1. Their management and service team have been incredibly supportive, honest, and reliable when issues arise with my car. I would highly recommend Redline Automotive.

I had such a great experience at EuroMechanic. All the staff are amazing at their jobs and super accommodating. The service was done quickly, the price was fair.
