I received excellent service, both on my car and at the counter and over the phone. All costs were quoted to me ahead of time there were no surprises. I had my 2024 Audi in for an oil change and added to other services to it that were considered to be important. There was no pressure from anyone to upgrade. I’ll go back for my next oil change and service check.
I had an excellent experience at EuroMechanic Redline Automotive. The team was professional, honest and knowledgeable from start to finish. A special thank you to Alex and Daniel for their customer service, clear communication and making the entire process stress-free. It’s hard to find a mechanic you can truly trust, and I highly recommend them. Thank you so much!
I've had nothing but good experiences here. The mechanic is knowledgeable, fair, and takes the time to explain what's needed without any pressure. Definitely my go-to shop.
