Canadian Tire

I recently visited the Canadian Tire store in Scarborough, ON, and I was impressed with the overall experience. The staff was helpful and knowledgeable, and the store was well-organized. They had a wide selection of products, and I found everything I needed. The cleanliness and ambiance added to a pleasant shopping experience. I would recommend this Canadian Tire location to others.

Although I did not find what I want , travel neck pillow. Overall, the customer services were ok depending on whom I asked for information. At least the front entry staff was helpful by giving me directions and the other staff trying to find out which location has inventory. But there was one staff misguided me to other side of the store that makes me feel frustrated.

Meh honestly it's a hit or missEdit:For reference customer service is 5/5, but policy 4/5 and products are 2/5.Bought heated seats and 4/5 of them were broken, had to constantly return them because policy did not let me have at least credit only exchange. Got to the point where customer service allowed for an exchange of different heated seat brand.
