Canadian Tire is a large store with a wide selection of products. The staff is generally helpful and knowledgeable, with some associates going above and beyond to assist customers. Recently, a customer praised the excellent service from a staff member who greeted them warmly and guided them to the items they needed. While the store is well-organized and clean, some staff members may provide inconsistent information. Customers appreciate the variety available, especially during sales, like the after summer sale featuring numerous bonsai plants. However, there are suggestions for improvement, such as ensuring that items in poor condition are removed from the shelves to prevent issues for customers. Overall, the customer service is decent, and the store is worth visiting for its extensive product range.
I had a great experience with Curtis! He was very friendly, patient, and helpful throughout the whole process. He helped me with the skate sharpening, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free.
Thank you, Curtis, for your excellent service and patience.
Always like shopping here at Canadian Tire except for the lack of staff. Very happy to have found one today quickly enough to ask for help; however, the staff member seriously needs to improve on interpersonal skills. I'm not expecting them to smile but shouldn't have a disinterested demeanor. Being pleasant would make the customers feel welcomed and valued. I noticed another staff member was the same. Andrew was called to help me and he was quite helpful which I appreciated. Overall, I liked the store for their products and the rewards.
I called to inquire about a product and the associate said there was 1 more in stock. When I arrived just a few hours later, I double checked the system and it still says 1 left and to ask an associates. They were unable to retrieve the item despite the system. It seems suspicious
