Went in today for a basic shellac manicure. The girl messed up almost everything. Cutting my nails too short. Not soaking my fingers enough before the manicure which resulted in 2 fingers being cut and now I am bleeding non stop. Didn’t do the proper massage at end either. To top it off, the price list says $30 for shellac manicure but they charge $35 plus the tax and tip on top of that. So $45 and leaving feeling completely disappointed. I only give 2 stars because they can accommodate you but seems that is at the sacrifice of quality service. Sadly now I will never return.
I’ve been getting my nails done by Mia for the past 6 months & she always does them amazingly!? Every time I come in with a design, no matter how intricate, she always executes it flawlessly. This set is from today! ?
Not sure whats going on with there quality of service. Since those 2 guys left looks like no one actually knows what they are doing in regards to nails and pedicure. Every time i leave unhappy that place. It's time to find another nail salon.
