Pharmalinx Medical Centre and Pharmacy provides professional and responsible medical service. The doctors are patient, friendly, and professional, while the front desk and staff are enthusiastic, efficient, and nice. The clinic is busy but treats patients as soon as possible with very good service and attitude. Staff explain everything patiently and answer questions. The pharmacy offers fast, efficient service with staff who speak both Mandarin and Cantonese. It is a highly recommended place.
The doctor has been professional and attentive, and we appreciate the quality of care provided. Unfortunately, our experience with the front desk has been consistently disappointing.
The current receptionist often comes across as dismissive and rude. In contrast to the previous receptionist, she appears to show little consideration for patients' concerns or feelings, which can make an already stressful medical visit even more unpleasant.
There have also been recurring issues with appointment scheduling. On one occasion, a patient had to wait more than 1.5 hours past their scheduled appointment time, with little communication or acknowledgment of the delay.

The service is very good and the attitude is very good too. Although the clinic is busy, it will try its best to treat patients as soon as possible and deal with your problems patient. Very nice!
I went to this clinic last month for my second dose of vaccine. The staffs were really nice. They explained everything necessary for my second vaccine and answered patiently to my questions. I had a pretty good experience there. Recommend this place!
