Christian was the tech assigned to our case. He arrived within the time window, and was courteous and thorough. He communicated clearly with me his findings and recommendations. The gentleman that came to my mom‘s house was very efficient explained what exactly he was doing. Spent about 45 minutes to an hour checking everything and then we had some good news so they didn’t have to come back and do anything cause she didn’t have they came to check out
