AC unit finally expired. Called Alex at NT Home Service to chat about a new unit Decided on the Lennox unit. Great customer service. The guys that installed my unit where prompt, professional and courteous. Job well done!
I personally feel that NT's attitude from the company's after-sales customer service to on-site service is very polite and very professional. They took the initiative to remind me that I need to do the maintenance of the heater, I have forgotten it myself! So they are very very professional!
Our 24-yr old Lennox furnace stopped working in early February. I got the referral from one of my friends. They came to install a new Armstrong furnace on a freezing cold day. A couple of days after the installation, the new furnace started to have a minor intermittent noise issue. Contacted Eric and their technician managed to find the issue and added a trap to solve the issue. We are very happy with the service and the price. Highly recommended!
