I come for my gel refill and shellac pedicure often and every time service is top notch. It doesn't vary based on technician, everyone is equally skilled and do an amazing job! Prices are reasonable and colour and design selection incredible! They always have the latest trends to offer! Highly recommend them!
Nina did an absolutely amazing job on my nails. She’s a talented artist—I wasn’t expecting her to deliver exactly what I asked for. I’ll definitely be going back to get my nails done with her. Found my nail tech! <3
I’ve been going there for a long time but honestly, I just realized they have zero customer service no appreciation I booked two different appointment back to back and they canceled me twice. I understand about the first one but the second cancellation when I got to the mall the guy goes to me sorry she cannot do it. That was really horrible experience and he didn’t even look at me in the face and I’m talking about the store upstairs. Very bad experience no respect once again zero customer service I booked with Ashley twice and I got canceled twice.
