If you are ordering from the U.S., be aware that this company is based in Canada and does not cover U.S. import tariffs. Instead, these charges are passed on to the customer at delivery. In my case, a $60 pair of boots would have ended up costing $210 after unexpected UPS tariff fees.
When I reached out, the company responded with a generic copy and paste email and did not acknowledge my suggestion to make these fees more prominently displayed on their website (rather than only in the FAQ). My dog Billie loves... well maybe likes, her Muttluks. I will need to get a larger pair for her this year as she has out grown last years (she's 14 months old now). I will get the deluxe boots this time as the zippered side looks like it will make getting them on a lot easier. Great product!
Our dog loves his all-weather boots! He never let us put on other boots before but he noticed how these ones are comfortable and help him go on longer walks in the winter. I highly recommend this company!
