Scarborough Countertops took care of every little detail from the disposal of our old countertop to the plumbing and everything in between. The cheapest place in Toronto that I've found for counter tops and they do an excellent job. I've ordered several here over the past 15 years and have never had a problem. Just make sure that you're very specific if you need an exact measurement because they always make it a hair longer.
