Akbar is a rockstar. Last time I broke my phone it was over a decade ago and it was a long arduous process of mailing the phone away and waiting for weeks for it to come back. Having broke my phone Sunday night I was anxious all night waiting for the verdict Monday morning. Brought it in Monday at 10am and had my phone working again by 11. Cannot thank you enough.
Mobile Klink is located on the bottom floor. It's where all the tech/mobile related businesses are kind of cropped up together.
I went to this location twice to have the same phone repaired. The first time, my phone was restored to factory settings which initially fixed my phone's problems at first. Then all the problems resurfaced with additional issues on top of it. Essentially, it got worse.
I then came in a second time, getting roughly a week or two before my phone's warranty expires (apparently phones gets a heart attack near the end of its warranty). This time, the person who helped me issued a phone replacement order.
