TLDR: Dr. Rice and the team at Milliken Bridlewood Vet Clinic are AMAZING!
I have been bringing my beloved dog, Keira, to Milliken over the last 2 years, and they've always been great. However, we recently decided to move to New Zealand (one of the most difficult countries to import an animal into), and this was when Dr. Rice and the Milliken team really showed their professionalism in helping me through the extremely lengthy and complicated process over the last 6 months. We researched, studied the requirements, and came up with detailed plans in order to satisfy the never-ending, strict, and time-sensitive New Zealand requirements. Communication from the Milliken team was always very reliable and timely.
During the final days before our departure, there were some complications from some of the results from the required testing, and Dr. Rice and her team REALLY stepped up to assist and accommodate us. Without their help, we would not have been able to make our scheduled flight, triggering a domino effect that would've delayed our move for several months and incurring several thousands of dollars in additional costs.
Dr. Rice, all the technicians, and all the front desk staff went above and beyond to help throughout the months-long process, and accommodated multiple impossible and seemingly endless urgent requests in the last several days, while balancing their responsibilities with other customers.
I am extremely grateful for all they've done for us! The Milliken team not only showed that they are incredibly capable individually, but also demonstrated ability to multiply productivity through teamwork, AND showed that truly care and take extreme ownership and pride in their work.
Your team has it all, and we're lucky to have you on our side!
