Mike Vales Auto Service Ltd.

I came in because I was hearing some unusual sounds coming from the passenger side of my car, and they were able to diagnose and take care of the issue right away. Steve was very honest, knowledgeable, and experienced. He took the time to explain what was going on and made sure everything was properly taken care of.

Really great service and people I feel comfortable trusting with my car. I’ll definitely be coming back for any future work. Highly recommend! Thanks Steve!

If there were more stars available, I’d give them all to this shop! Steve was fantastic and easily the most honest mechanic I have ever dealt with. After getting burned by a mobile mechanic, I brought my car here to get fixed. Steve quickly diagnosed the problem and repaired the damaged components at a very reasonable price. On top of that, he provided a complimentary inspection of the rear suspension system. Even though I mentioned I had already purchased replacement parts, Steve showed me that my existing setup was in perfectly safe condition and didn't require immediate replacement. His integrity and honesty mean everything. I will definitely be coming back!

If you need car repairs, I highly recommend Mike Vales Auto Service and Tires. located at 1940 Ellesmere Road, Unit 11
Mike is honest, knowledgeable, and charges fair prices. What impressed me most was his integrity. I purchased the required parts myself from Canadian Tire, and Mike had also ordered the same parts. After inspecting everything, he found that all the existing parts were still in good condition. Instead of replacing them unnecessarily, he returned the parts he had ordered and even advised me to return the parts I had purchased.
