I met Mark by total chance; the usual business I frequent for PC repair was closed on Civic Holiday, but Mark opened shop and as a client it was the luckiest I've been in years because I've never met a more personable, dedicated and thorough professional. Technicians I used to deal with don't hold a candle to his workmanship.He diagnosed my CPU and motherboard that were fried after a system shock, soldered new sensors, saved my corrupted system plus reinstalled a fresh OS in under 3 hours...on the same day no less! All while kindly providing updates and helping me explore my options along the way, then following up with a 30-day warranty for any other issue... read full review
