My first time at Lifemark-Rouge Valley to be treated to resolve my Vertigo. Front desk receptionists treated me with utmost kindness and respect. But most of all, I was so amazed of my attending Physiotherapist (Bahar Javan) who performed R Epley Maneuver on me with such expertise. I felt so secure and confident that my dizziness would be gone and it really did. Happy to have sought medical care with Lifemark. More power!

I was referred to physiotherapy for a left knee sprain and had an amazing experience with my therapist, Sai! She carried out a very thorough assessment and even went the extra mile by contacting my family doctor to request X-rays and an ultrasound to confirm her findings.

Sai explained my diagnosis and results in a way that was clear, simple, and easy to understand, which really put my mind at ease. Her patience, professionalism, and warm smile made every visit so reassuring—not just for me, but for my family as well.

Thanks to her care and guidance, I’ve made a full recovery and continue to use the exercises she taught me to help prevent future injuries. I can’t recommend her enough!

I appreciate the staff and the level of care that I receive here. Bahar is by far the best physio therapist I have seen. I have had knee issues that were resolved and am now back after having neck surgery. Highly recommend.

Enter from the northern hospital entrance and turn left. Everyone is friendly. Parking at back. When you feel your body is broken, get fix here.

I broke my wrist on Dec.01.25. Therapy started on Jan 24.26 and ended on Apr.29.26. My physiotherapist was Sai Kadimi, who is an Excellent therapist. I am pleased that I have now regained almost full strength and usage of my hand. I'm aiming for 100% so will continue doing the exercises.
