Connie knows what shes doing! Was recommended by a friend and she did not dissapoint. I have been suffering from chronic back pain and stiffness for years. Despite regular visits to RMTs & other healthcare professionals, I was never able to find the relief that I was looking for until I saw Connie. Her technique is methodical and specialized, catering to your specific needs. Would recommend!

I have been going to KJ Acupuncture and Massage Clinic since the beginning of the year, and I haven't looked back. I feel like a new woman every time I walk out of this clinic! Connie is truly an expert of her craft. Booking an appointment is seamless as I just inquire via text, and my appointment is booked just like that. Once the session begins, Connie asks where the problem areas or pain on my body is located, she finds the target point, then uses her knowledge of the body to relieve the pain. Initially I asked for acupuncture upon my first visit but she mentioned she only uses it if necessary. The next few sessions we've only used a needle once or twice to fully relieve an area, cupping was done once, but it's not always a necessity. She stretches your body carefully, and applies a lot of pressure to problem areas to ensure full relief. Connie examines the rest of the body, and once that's complete, another masseuse comes in to complete the session with a relaxing massage. Eva is my favourite for relaxing massages! She targets the ENTIRE body. I haven't experienced this from other massage clinics before. I got a mild concussion back in the summer, came to KJ & felt renewed right after. When I came back for my next session, Eva followed up and asked how my head was doing--it's awesome that she remembered! They do online billing with most insurance providers as well so it's super convenient! If you're looking for instant relief in problem areas and a relaxing massage to follow, this is the place to go.

She may know what she's doing.. I thought acupuncture would be like Keanu Reeves in the Matrix... BUT my friend only got one needle in his forehead with a massage.I got a needle in each hand with massage. Strange but ok.Also, i think the lady was mad at me because when she saw my red eyes she gave me an angry mother look and gave me the most uncomfortable scratch on the top of my head, I felt she was trying to make me bald!! Scared to try again :/

Really targeted massage/treatment. They did a great job, relieving and focusing tough spots first (the good type of pain), then using massage to loosen and relax everything. I'll be back!
