I have been coming to J Hair for the last couple of months. Lisa has always been amazing! Despite the fact that my chinese is so bad, she is always able to get my hair just right using the power of translate. I would recommend!

This visit left a very poor impression. A new female staff attempted to sell products by pointing out “problems” with the customer, many of which appeared to be completely made up. The approach felt manipulative and uncomfortable, and it significantly affected the overall experience.
Staff should be trained to sell through professionalism and honesty.

The female worker there made my experience very uncomfortable as a non Asian person, she kept speaking about me directly to my hairstylist Ben in their language and both were laughing at me and making fun of me, it made me very uncomfortable and feel unwelcome.d My hair was not done the way I wanted it to be and Ben was not honest about how my highlights would turn out either. A couple of times I made an appointment and he would make me wait so long for my turn. I only went to this salon because it was close to my home; however, I do not recommend this salon to anyone especially if you aren't Asian. The female worker was horrible and she seemed very jealous of the females who Ben was working with. There are better saloons that have workers who respect their clients and make them feel comfortable and provide good service, this place was terrible and I wasted my money and time.

I don't know anything about hair, but she informed me on what hairstyle suits me and how to style it every day. I let her do her thing and she cut and curled it really well (I feel majestic)

Can’t you give 0?? The fee is 50. I just want to trim my short hair. The barber couldn't understand Chinese at all. Please fix it for me. Are they all children’s hairstyles? I’m 47. I don’t recommend it. Idiot shop. Exceeded expectations.
