Arshan did an excellent job helping us with a raccoon problem. He made sure the animals were removed safely and without harm. What impressed us most was that he followed up afterward to make sure everything was okay. He was always quick to answer our questions and provided outstanding customer service.

A big thank you to Abdul and Sean at Icon Pest for helping us with a very stubborn squirrel living in our chimney. Abdul came out same day to assess and cap our fireplace with a one way door for the squirrel to leave. He was quick, clean and informative. After a few days, the squirrel had not left and Sean came out right away and went above and beyond to get him out. It wasn’t an easy task but he managed to get the squirrel out safely. We are so appreciative!

Ben from Icon showed up on time and walked me through the 100 day warranty. 2 visits included and i can call them if i hear any critter noises within the 100 day after the initial service. Ben was very professional and helpful. he showed me where the mice were coming in from the outside. it was from the roof where vent was chewed and was big enough for a mouse to crawl into the attic. He set up traps inside the house and inside the garage. hopefully this will get rid of them shortly.
