He helped us finalize our purchase, gave us an excellent price, and arranged a remarkably fast pickup.What impressed me most was how Harry handled the inevitable hiccups during our project. When we ran into issues and needed to do a return, as well as order extra wood, he managed the entire process flawlessly. Harry was very helpful with our hardwood replacement. He gave us a few samples to take home to make sure we chose the right colour.

Once we decided, Mohan dropped by and confirmed the measurements. He was very knowledgeable and made several good suggestions.

We were able to arrange the installation to fit our schedule and everything went ahead without a hitch. The installation guys worked hard and did a fantastic job.

They were also able to return an unused box of material for us and immediately saved us some money.

The staff were very welcoming and knowledgeable, the prices were good and the entire process was completed without any problems.

They have a black Friday sale ad on their website that advertises Free installation for vinyl planks. When you get to the store they tell you that's not true. So I showed them their add and then they say it's only for specific planks (website doesn't mention any exclusions). Waste of my time.

We had a great experience purchasing our flooring from Harry (Akshdeep). He was professional, knowledgeable, and very helpful. The pricing was also more reasonable compared to other stores. We will definitely recommend him and the store to our family and friends!

Dealt with Maqbol at the Scarborough location a number of times. Appears very friendly. But the moment I had an issue with faulty handiwork, he made empty promises. Called and emailed head office, zero response! No one apparently takes accountability for their services. What’s the point of the warranty when they ghost you?

I’m shocked at the other high reviews. Maybe they just haven’t experienced an issue yet. The issue showed up a few months after installment. Good luck getting any help.

But then I see all the 1 star reviews and I completely empathize. Not a company I will ever recommend again.
