Had a good experience here given my first time. As I walked in I was warmly greeted by a bald gentleman and a lady named Emily. I was a walk-in client and had no rsvp and they were able to accommodate me even tho they had another gentlemen booked around the same time. Emily was nice to accommodate however I do think that there was room for improvement with my treatment. I wonder if because she was juggling 2 people at once that the service felt a little rushed. Reason why I say this is that when she washed my hair she only shampoo’d and didn’t condition my hair, as her next client had walked in. Emily is absolutely amazing at doing hair! She’s cut my hair twice now, and both times it turned out exactly how I wanted it. She always listens to what I ask for and makes sure everything looks perfect. I’m always so happy with the results and would definitely recommend her to anyone! 💕
