Peter and his crew replaced our roof a week ago. It rained quite a bit for the past 24 hours. So far absolutely no leaks! Peter and his crew are excellent.
This is our second partnership with City roofing and aluminum. After 19+ years the old roof needed replacement. Delivery of the shingles was scheduled 2 days before installation.
The crew arrived at 8:00 AM and promptly got to work. Our deck, windows and plants were covered to prevent damage. The old roof was quickly dismantled and the new shingles were installed over new ice sheathing as per our arrangement.
Once the installation was complete, all debris was removed and hauled away. Peter personally inspected the roof joints and made required adjustments. He also personally ensured no metal objects (nails) and all debris were removed around the property. They cleaned the gutters, and swept any residual debris before departing by 6:00 PM.
In summary, this is a quality job by true professionals. I only got 1 quote and that was from Peter. I have no hesitation in recommending City Roofing for your next roofing project.

It seems they do one time business only, don't trust any warranty they promise. I called them two years after the installation for a warranty issue and they just never responded.

Peter and his team did our soffits and eaves 15 years ago. I have recommended him to my family members. When it was time to replace our shingle roof I was happy to have City Roofing do the work. Peter was forthright and honest throughout this process. He provided expert recommendations to improve attic ventilation and the installation was carefully performed.
He also provided additional follow-up to some questions I had which was greatly appreciated. I think he offers excellent service at a fair price.

City Roofing replaced my first roof along with that of some neighbours. I experienced no issues whatsoever. This time around while we got quotes from other Roofers, choosing City Roofing again was a no brain. Peter is knowledgeble, experienced and a pleasure to deal with. He provided prompt, detailed and competitive quote and a great product (Timberline) . He scheduled promptly. Peter and his team came 7:30 and by 5 he had both mine and my neighbours roof by 5 pm including complete cleanup. He ensured he put planks to protect my new windows. He even offered to replace my two damaged downspouts at no cost. This part of my whole house Reno was stressless with fab results. I am confident he will provide great follow-on service. I had Peter help me replace all Eavestrough, Downpipes, aluminum soffit, Fascia and added new leaf guard. He and his team has done wonderful job as they are very professional, detail workmanship and explained everything they done. He even came back to help reroute a downpipe because i had a new gate done on the fence.
