Chapman Builder's Supplies Ltd., located in Scarborough, offers a wide range of landscaping and builder's supplies, including interlocking stone, retaining wall products, concrete blocks, masonry, sand, gravel, and accessories. Their team, including a customer service representative named Maya, the manager, and delivery personnel like Adam and Nick, provide excellent customer service and are knowledgeable about their products. They assist with calculating the required material for projects and offer delivery services. However, there was an issue where a customer was unable to make a last-minute purchase as the store was closed at 4:59pm, with a lock on the gate. Despite this, the customer was able to return and make their purchase on another occasion. Overall, Chapman Builder's Supplies Ltd. offers high-quality products and services, with a knowledgeable and helpful team.
