He went above and beyond, was not pushy, and was very patient in explaining to us what are the features we should be looking at. We were there to shop an ergonomic chair for office and he listened to us, understood the assignment, asked questions to deepen his understanding and he gave us clear break down of what we should consider. Just as an FYI for those looking to get the Boxing Day phone deal ($35/month for 100 GB with Rogers, Bell, and Telus), if you want to go to with Bell and Telus, you must make payments with DEBIT. Only Rogers can have payments made with credit. If you want to pay with credit with any carrier, then the deal is $40/month.
Only giving 3 stars because this information printed on the sign would've been helpful. If we'd see this stated, we would not have waited in line for an hour.
