“I went for this service based on reviews. Let me tell you - Krystal did not disappoint!! Conveniently located in the Scarborough town center Sephora store.
This was my first ever brow lamination and she guided me through the process while checking in every few minutes to show me each step of the process. This really eased my nerves. That and her amazing customer service interaction - we chat the whole time!
On top of all that - the RESULTS!!! She did that!!

“Did maintenance, interlocking and styling on my 12 year old son's hair. There was alot of gunk in there, new growth and some of his locs were breaking apart. He has never been a fan of going to hair dressers, but had a comfortable experience at Nature Waves and his hair now looks amazing, neat, clean and healthy.
