Apollo Dental at Markham and Eglinton

I visited with my brother today and I'm very happy with the overall experience. A special shout-out to Dr. Sandeep! He is amazing – very gentle, thorough, and he explained every single step. The overall experience was very positive. I highly recommend Dr. Sandeep for dental cleaning.

Leaving this review after multiple follow-ups and calls since over 2 months.
I had booked an appointment with Apollo Dental at Markham and Eglinton in December. They do not send you any booking confirmations, no reminders, no calls to confirm, which I did not care much for, as norms CAN differ from place to place. The interaction over the phone was also dry and almost impudent.
After my first appointment I was told I would be called to discuss coverage for my follow-up appointment before booking a time slot. No calls, never heard back for a month, didn't even hear back on emails.
Upon calling them, I was put on hold for several minutes and then was told that I would get a call back for my query, which never happened. Even after the dentist assured me that the office would call and book me in for my next, I never received any calls. I was told the receptionist was unwell. It's been several months and nothing from the front desk, despite several reminders and follow-ups. Their bar is set so low when it comes to patient satisfaction, even BEFORE one has undergone treatment. I dread to think what might be the response time in case I need to see my dentist AFTER a treatment.

I can see similar reviews and comments from others as well- also something about forcing to delete review if you criticize their booking practices. They seem to be manipulating reviews.

I had a great experience with Dr.Munjal in many occasions now. A thorough professional explains clearly the issue and solutions and executes it to perfection. Eventually he became our family dentist.
