This was our 3rd major replacement (furnace and heat-pump last year). We needed to get our hwt changed. Lindon was prompt and quoted with the replacement scheduled the very next day. The techs showed up on time, were professional, and put out runners before going down the stairs.

Saturday my furnace quit ! ! ! I called AirFlex ASAP. Since the part was expensive and the furnace was almost 20 years old, I opted for a new one. The owner explained my options and patiently answered all my questions. The crew arrived exactly at the scheduled time. The 3 fellows took every precaution to protect my home from damage when removing the old furnace and getting the new one in (especially with the stairs). They were professional, highly skilled and friendly. No time was wasted because each member of the team knew exactly what to do next. I really appreciated their superb clean-up. The technician Arif was excellent, he always does a thorough job cleaning and checking all parts of the furnace. He has done the job for almost the entire life of our 15 year old furnace.
