During the heatwave, my AC stopped working and was told I needed a new one. I had one bad experience after another dealing with HVAC contractors not to mention it was hard to get them over to see the job because they were all swamped due to the heatwave and then Canada Day long weekend where they were just not around. On top of that, I had problems with salesmen pushing only what they had in stock, contractors being unresponsive to my questions, others didn’t have the AC I wanted in stock, one even lied telling me I needed a whole new furnace in order for it to be compatible with a new AC, another saying they had to break walls and ceilings to get the lines in, and... read full review
Excellent fast clean efficient service. Installation employees were polite, punctual, informative, and helpful. They even went as far as covering the floors in the house, not to get anything dirty or scratched. They also took all the garbage with them. The office staff were also very efficient and polite. They emailed the receipt and warranty asap, along with all registration information.
Lindon and his team are fantastic. Our duct was smelling when the furnace came on and Lindon asked all the relevant questions before coming. He even tried to troubleshoot it ove the phone to save us some money. Lindon eventually had to come but were able to find the problem and helped fix the issue.
