It is a great place. I got a filing cabinet where I lost the keys, and it has been over 25 years filing cabinet. It took them less than 5 minutes to figure a key and cut an extra one for a very reasonable price. Very professional and efficient and effective! Highly recommend!

Exceeded expectations! It may sound “cheesy” but, all I can say is what you would expect from a locksmith: “quick, precise, reliable”. I ordered a copy online, from a key-code. Knowing nothing about the trade, I must admit I was skeptical about the process. However, I placed the order (very simple) on their website on Sunday afternoon, and received the keys on Tuesday morning. Both copies worked like the original! Thanks!! I engaged Acme regarding a replacement key for a tool box. Their staff responded to my online order within 2 minutes by calling me to confirm details. They were diligent to ensure I was ordering the correct key. When they realized I had not ordered the correct key, and they were not able to cut the key, they let me know and immediately refunded my order. On top of that, they provided me with the correct manufacturer that could provide me with a replacement key and even gave me the phone number to call. Their prompt and hassle-free service was so appreciated.
