LOVE the 'new' location, very airy and bright, much nicer than the previous shop. Gail helped me last year selecting a couple of wigs and I just recently went back to get some maintenance done on them. She's super helpful, very knowledgeable about wigs, fun pieces, extensions, etc., just knows her stuff on all things hairpiece related. The Soo is lucky to have her!
The sign of bad a wig specialist is when they direct you to slow-movers, convince you to look your age, or rigidly insist your current colour is the way to go "in case any of your real hair comes through." Meanwhile, they'll socialise and side-chat with a longtime client or other employee as you stand there looking only at the wigs or hair pieces that they brought out to show you, none of which were ones you described or even remotely like. The excellent ones focus on you, to help you find uniquely-you hair. Stopped in to learn more about hair toppers and Doreen and Gayle were fantastic! Even when I told them I wouldn't be buying anything today, they remained professional, helpful and supportive. They are both knowledgeable, skilled and friendly - I wouldn't hesitate to recommend visiting Wig Boutique if you're interested in hair pieces for medical reasons or even just for fun.
