We then spoke on the phone shortly afterwards about the project and Terry McCoy told me it would be done by the "last week of August".
In good faith, we declined other companies in favour of choosing this company.
Then, with no advanced notice to us, and when we were 24 hours away from leaving town and in no position to find another contractor, Terry told us to find another contractor for this project.
