I got ahold of them and he came and did the work, gave me a bill and I can’t get them on the phone to pay them it’s been weeks, who runs a business like this. There is more work to be done but they are non compliant.

Terrible. I have never needed repairs before. My first time ever to call them. They promised to be here 2 days ago. I have been at home waiting for them. My oven needed fixing but I still can't get a hold of them. I had to break down and buy a new oven
