It's not bad, it can get busy when everyone wants to wash at the same time but that's par for the course. You got all the basic options and it's nice and roomy, I come here for my washes. It's wash yourself but they also got a auto wash station I've never used so can't review that portion.

My go to Pay & Spray in the West End.
Clean and well maintained facilities that take card transactions so you don't have to worry about having change.
One auto wash on the far right side if you're into that sort of thing.
Large lot to pull off out of that way to shammy the water off / wipe down after.
Steady traffic, but never too busy.

Best automatic touchless wash in town by far and the coin op wash self wash bays are excellent as well...Great rates and superior customer service when needed! My only suggestion would be having a working interior shampoo/ scent machine with the vacuums and more reliable vending machine.
