I can say it is a little intimidating finding a service provider for my car with so many locations out there From the get go I was at ease dealing with Reliable Auto. From the initial contact I made for information to the actual work done, I was pleased. They drove me home and picked me back up when work was done. 5 star service. Will definately go back.

Reliable Automotive & Industrial Radiator did my safety inspection, winter tire change, and some trailer work, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. They were fair and honest about what needed to be done, explained everything clearly, and never tried to upsell me on anything unnecessary.
The work was done properly and on time, and their customer service was excellent—friendly, respectful, and easy to deal with. It’s hard to find a shop you can truly trust, but I feel confident bringing my vehicle and trailer here and will definitely be back

I would definitely recommend Reliable Automotive I had a flat tire and stopped in there. They changed my tire , put my spare on with no charge. Very friendly staff. Thank you for the incredible service!!

Ken and his team are incredible! I will absolutely recommend them any time. Ken provided amazing customer service and went above and beyond my expectations. I had a blown out tire and he made calls to find me one and got me in last minute to help me out. I will be going to this shop for any service they offer moving forward. Amazing group of people.

Loose lug nuts checked tighned charged 1/2 labor 300 kms later one lug nut missing and all rims loose. Had them tightened and a l ug nut replaced for free at another shop. They did inspect suspension etc. trim piece was hanging down also not sure if just bad luck or a coincidence. Went back and complained wasn't refunded any money. Won't recommend this place they only want your money zero customer service.
