Joanne offers pre-piercing numbing, and waits the perfect amount of time before piercing to ensure they dont feel it, and she didnt!!! I would bring my next daughter to Joanne. Offering toys and treats as distraction to ensure proper placement and quality care. Great work and very kind staff in general.“
