Unfortunately didn't press the stop transaction button. Only rinsed car, price shown was $5. But was charged $25. Called the location and Lucas was extremely helpful to find a solution. Will definitely recommend this location.
Recently got my truck washed. First attempt was with using change I had, the machine took the coins but never activated any of the features and I could not wash my truck. I switched to debit and then washed my vehicle in the next bay. I contacted the owner and they did everything they could to make it right. Great customer service. ?
I’ve been twice now. Once I used coins, the next time I used card.Card is easiest as it doesn’t continually beep after three minutes to remind you to put more cash in, and I knew it would be longer than three for what I needed so that sucked as it didn’t allow me to put more in at a time.The bays are clean. Easy to use.The only thing I didn’t like or maybe I didn’t understand was a drying feature. So I drove out wet twice.Anyway. Love that it’s self serve and self sufficient. Fits a bit long dodge no problem!
