I have used this car wash, since we moved back, never had any trouble till today, the girl came to our van and told us it would awhile stating their was a problem with the car in the stall ,we waited while they solved the problem, all the time my van was in full view, when the time was right for us to get in she cane to me and said sorry we can't do your van because it has a open area on front bumper and will get caught in the brushes, I told her we always got our van washed their and never had any trouble, she informed me she had worked their 8 months and never saw our van, and I told her I had never seen her either, she was very rude and arrogant and condenseding,...read full review
The location in Traverse City , couldn't get my van inside their garage doors, so I came here, & luckily their doors are 12 ft.
These kind gentlemen got me in & out quickly & ensured everything was good to go, before I hopped back onto the road, for another 7500 more miles of traveling! Thanks again!
